Scott Russell – Joint Managing Director
Co-Founder of cph, having previously set up and run Chorus Group Consulting - one of the pioneers in the RPO market. In his earlier career Scott was a Senior Business Development Manager for Atos Origin, selling BPO services into the finance and life sciences sectors. Scott previously worked for Fujitsu as a Senior Bid Manager, handling large, complex BPO and IT outsourcing deals.
Jerry Wright – Joint Managing Director
Co-Founder of cph, Jerry has overall responsibility for operational management and for developing our client base in the professional services, business services and manufacturing sectors. He has been in executive recruitment and HR consulting since completing a law degree. Jerry worked for Price Waterhouse Management Consultants and Michael Page Group plc, before co-founding two search and selection firms, operating primarily in the management consulting, business services and technology sectors.
Lesley Taylor – Head of Client Services
Account Manager for three of our most important software and technology sector clients, Lesley now has responsibility for client satisfaction and service delivery across all our accounts. She joined cph from an international RPO firm, where she was Service Delivery Manager for one of their largest IT and consulting services accounts. Prior to this, Lesley worked for two niche search and selection firms, where she specialised in the professional services and technology sectors.
Martin Cox – Head of Finance
Martin has responsibility for all financial and accounting aspects of the business. A Chartered Accountant, Martin is a Partner in MCABreslins - a successful, privately owned accounting practice headquartered in Leamington Spa. Martin has more than twenty years accountancy and financial management experience and has worked with a wide range of clients across a number of market sectors.
Helen Loggin – Marketing Manager
Helen manages all our media, PR and marketing communications activities. She is also a Director of an Oxfordshire based marketing services consultancy, Melon. Helen has over 15 years PR experience, working with a wide cross-section of B2B clients in the technology, professional and publishing sectors. Her expertise in social media supports our business development activities.
Neal Prewett – Executive Search Service Lead
Neal heads up our overlay Executive Search service line. He worked in boutique headhunting firms for 10+ years prior to joining cph. Neal’s experience spans a variety of market sectors (most notably technology and professional services), functional areas (commercial, technical and operational), and geographies (Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific).
Kevin Alcock – Executive Advisor
Kevin, a proven business leader and entrepreneur, excells in growing international added value, services based firms focussing on the financial services sector. Kevin was CEO of Morse PLC and during his tenure, Morse’s profitability grew significantly as it developed into an integrated services and technology business. On a number of high growth company boards, Kevin is actively involved in private equity and providing strategic advice to clients.
Nigel Bromley - Non-Executive Director
Nigel is a Chartered Director with a strong track record of developing businesses within the utilities, energy and environmental sectors. Nigel founded, and is now the Non-Executive Chairman of, Gemserv Ltd – a market leading structure change agent within the markets it serves. He also led Gemserv’s acquisition and substantive re-development of Red Island Consulting, a leading information security company.

Jeremy Davidson - Director cph Australia
Jeremy has worked within recruitment for 13+ years. After developing and growing a number of specialised technology desks within an agency environment, he joined one of Australia’s largest privately owned managed services companies. Jeremy’s role was to manage and grow their IT contracting business to increase revenue streams within their clients.
Dominic Beer – Director cph Australia
Dominic is the joint Director of cph Australia and has been focused on the IT recruitment sector for the past 17 years, originally coming from a search / headhunting background before moving into the IT Contracting space. Dominic made the move from the UK to Australia in 2000 and has continued to focus on the IT and Digital recruitment space.
