Our management team

CPH has a highly experienced team of managers and consultants, providing our clients with all the benefits of decades of recruitment industry and outsourcing expertise and knowledge. Our Management team includes:-

Scott Russell - Joint Managing Director

Scott is a co-Founder of CPH, having previously set up and run Chorus Group Consulting - one of the pioneers in the RPO market. In his earlier career Scott was a Senior Business Development Manager for Atos Origin, selling BPO services into the finance and life sciences sectors. He also worked for ICL/CFM as a Senior Bid Manager, handling large, complex BPO and IT outsourcing deals.

In addition to managing our largest and longest established account, Scott is responsible for growing CPH's client base in the software and IT services sectors.

Jerry Wright - Joint Managing Director

Jerry is a co-Founder of CPH and has overall responsibility for client services and the operational aspects of running the business. He has been in executive recruitment and HR consulting since completing a law degree. Jerry worked for Price Waterhouse Management Consultants and Michael Page Group plc, after which he set up search and selection firms, operating in the professional services and technology sectors.

Martin Cox - Head of Finance

Martin has overall responsibility for all the financial aspects of the business. He is a Partner in MCABreslins - a successful, privately owned accounting practice headquartered in Warwickshire. Martin has more than twenty years accounting and financial management experience and has worked with a wide range of clients across a number of market sectors.

Craig Sweeney – Business Development Manager

Based in the North West, Craig is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for CPH in the Midlands and North of England. Before joining CPH Craig was with OMNI RMS for 8 years performing a number of roles from delivery, business and account management through to most recently, head of consulting services. Craig started his career in the Retail sector before moving into recruitment outsourcing.

Helen Loggin – Marketing Manager

Helen manages all our press, PR and marketing communications activities. She is also a Director of an Oxfordshire based marketing services consultancy, Melon. Helen has over 15 years PR experience working with a wide cross-section of B2B clients in the IT, professional services, and publishing sectors.

Suzanne Carney - Support Services Manager

Suzanne joined CPH in 2007 and assists the management team in the day to day running of the business, as well as providing administrative, systems and resourcing support to our onsite consultants. Suzanne previously worked for niche recruitment consultancies. Her earlier career was spent with Regent Associates, a mergers & acquisitions specialist, and also with Price Waterhouse. She has over fifteen years administrative management experience.

Ed Kent-Jones - Account Manager

Ed has P&L responsibility for a large management consultancy sector account. Before joining CPH, Ed ran his own business and had previously been a Senior Recruiter for Accenture, where he had responsibility for recruiting experienced hires for their Financial Services and Resources practices. Ed's early career was spent with RBS Global Banking & Markets and the executive search division of Alexander Mann.

James Isherwood - Account Manager

James leads our account activities with a global software company, where he has a particular responsibility for recruitment in the CIS region, and is in his second year onsite with them. Before joining CPH, James worked for two recruitment firms in the IT/software solutions sector, where he primarily focused on sales & marketing appointments.

Lesley Taylor - Account Manager

Lesley manages recruitment for one of our fastest growing software clients. She joined CPH from an international RPO firm, where she was Service Delivery Manager for one of their largest accounts - CSC. Prior to this, Lesley worked for two niche search & selection firms, where she specialized in recruiting in the management consultancy and technology sectors.

Matt Hynes - Account Manager

Matt joined CPH in 2006 and is currently our onsite Account Manager for a leading professional services organisation, where he recruits executive, managerial, business development, and support services staff. Prior to joining CPH Matt worked for three years at an independent IT recruitment consultancy specialising in technical and commercial hires for software companies.
