Our services are designed to provide you with proactive support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle - from initial vacancy identification and planning through to the successful on-boarding of new employees.

Typically we are retained on a long-term contract, to manage all recruitment and resourcing related activities, with the exception of overall people strategy - which is fundamental to every company's success and so remains in your ownership.
Discovery project
Our partnership with you commences with a short, initial assessment of your current approach to the various aspects of recruitment. Through this we evaluate your capabilities and expertise, and your recruitment related processes and systems. We analyse your approach to candidate attraction, selection and assessment, and end-to-end recruitment process management, and compare it with industry/market averages.
We prepare an executive summary of our findings and recommendations, providing the starting point for our ongoing engagement with you.
Onsite recruitment management
The size and make up of our onsite team will be dependent on the number, level, range and timing of hires that you need to make. For some clients we have one experienced Recruiter consultant onsite; for others we have an account manager plus a recruitment team.
Our onsite teams are supported by offsite research, resourcing and administrative staff, and have online access to a substantial candidate database and tracking system.
Your onsite team manages all day-to-day recruitment activities, including:-
- Job and candidate profile creation
- Candidate identification, approaching and attraction
- Mobilising and promoting your employee referral scheme
- Managing and enhancing the 'current vacancies' section of your corporate website
- CV evaluation and candidate pre-screening
- Interview coordination and feedback management
- Offer management and background checking
- Assisting with the 'on boarding' of new employees
In summary, our services enable clients to focus on their main business activities, secure in the knowledge that CPH is working on their behalf to acquire the best talent available, in a time and cost efficient manner.
Managing our service delivery
All our client contracts incorporate a Service Level Agreement (SLA), against which we manage performance and deliverables. We assign a Service Delivery Manager(SDM) to each client, with responsibility for all operational aspects of the service we provide to you. The SDM meets regularly with you to review progress against the SLA and to deal with any specific action points.
