Our staff are experts in recruiting within a 'corporate environment’ – which is very different from recruiting in an agency. They are trained in our corporate recruiting methodology and accredited accordingly. Each cph recruiter is able to add significant value through a combination of their own skills and experience and utilising our ‘best practice’ recruiting process and procedures. Our recruiters are fully trained in a range of direct sourcing techniques, headhunting, and recruitment process management and reporting.
Their training and expertise, supported by the cph business model, ensures that our clients see the ROI (Return on Investment) from engaging with us. They are uniquely self-funding by the cost, time and resource savings that they make for clients. This provides a compelling business case for working with cph.
All of our recruiters and resourcers work on client sites, directly sourcing candidates across the UK and EMEA. Our management and administrative team are based from offices in central London, and our Asia Pacific management team is based in the Central Business District in Sydney.
