CPH signs RPO contract with Opal Telecom

Specialist in-sourced direct recruitment solutions provider, CPH, has signed a new two year RPO contract with Opal, the Talk Talk Group business-to-business communications network operator.
CPH and Opal are currently going through the project implementation phase. Previously, Opal's recruitment was delivered via recruitment agencies but a strategic decision in 2009 to implement a direct hiring model, and the associated benefits this will bring, led to the selection of CPH as the chosen solution provider.

EEF appoints partners to launch recruitment services

EEF, the Manufacturers Organisation, has appointed two specialist recruitment partners – CPH and JAM – to launch a recruitment services offering for its 5,500 member firms. This initiative complements EEF's current portfolio of HR-related services, which include training & development, on-site and interim support, and a range of specific offerings, including mediation, job evaluation and working hours.
CPH, a specialist RPO provider, will build and manage an in-sourced direct recruitment model for those EEF member firms that want a more flexible, cost and time-efficient solution for managing their end-to-end recruiting activities. Working with EEF member organisations, JAM will offer permanent, contract, interim management and executive search services delivered by their experienced team. CPH team expands

CPH, the leading in-sourced recruitment solutions provider, has added three experienced onsite recruiters to its team.
Dan Fitzpatrick, Lauren Needoff and Samantha Southern have all joined CPH in the North West to work on a major, new two year in-sourced recruitment contract.
Fitzpatrick has joined from HyphenRPO, having previously worked for Ochre House. Needoff and Southern have both joined CPH from Ochre House.

An experienced CPH corporate recruiter will work from Cognitive Match's London office, building and managing a direct recruiting model.

CPH Consulting adds to its team

Specialist RPO firm, cph consulting, had added two new experienced recruiters to its team of onsite consultants.
Lucy Chapman has recently joined from agency, EngagePSG, where she was a Senior Delivery Consultant, and is initially working with a rapidly expanding account in the SaaS market.
Ashley Jones, previously a Team Leader with Alexander Mann, has joined cph to initially work onsite with a high growth BPM software client.

CPH appoints US based Advisor

CPH Consulting, the specialist in-sourced direct recruitment solutions provider, has appointed a new Executive Advisor. Nadine North, who is Silicon Valley based, has joined the CPH leadership team.
CEO of The North Point, she has an extensive background in corporate recruiting, talent management and executive search. She was previously MD of Taylor Winfield Inc, and in her earlier career was Head of Global Recruiting at Siebel Systems and Head of Recruiting at Cambridge, MA based software company, Pegasystems Inc.
North is currently an Executive Advisor to the proposed Silicon Valley Graduate School of Management, University of California, Santa Cruz. She is also Advisor to a global sustainability consortium, and co-founder of EmergeAmerica.
