'More significantly to our clients, this figure actually represents a total recruitment cost saving of over £1m - no agency fees; the freeing up of over 400 hours of hiring manager time that was previously spent on recruitment related activities, and a significant reduction in the time taken to fill these roles', commented Jerry Wright, Joint MD at cph Consulting .

Wright added, 'The 200 figure only represents candidates directly sourced by our onsite recruiters. It excludes employee referrals and direct applications, both of which cph also manages on behalf of its clients'.

cph Consulting, a leading specialist provider of outsourced recruitment solutions in the technology related sectors, has won a prestigious recruitment outsourcing project with Alibaba.com, Asia’s leading B2B e-commerce company.

The initial project is to manage all experienced hire recruitment for Alibaba.com’s new London office. Specialist recruitment outsourcing firm, cph Consulting, has added two new members to its team.

Andy Easom has joined as a Business Development Manager from niche management consultancy, Commercial Advantage, where he was Head of Recruitment.

Kris Harazinski joins from search and selection firm, TPP International. Initially Kris will be working as a Senior Consultant on one of cph’s flagship accounts in the online marketing sector.
