Kevin Alcock

Kevin AlcockKevin is a proven business leader and entrepreneur who has excelled in the development and growth of international added value, services based companies with a particular focus on the financial services sector.

Until the end of 2008, Kevin was Chief Executive Officer of Morse PLC, responsible for revenues of £260 million and 1400 staff across 11 geographies. During his time as CEO, Morse’s profitability rose from £7.2m to nearly £13m and the group was developed into an integrated services and technology business.

Kevin joined Morse in 2004 following its acquisition of CSTIM Limited, a consulting firm that he co-founded in 1998. Over a six year period, CSTIM created an enviable reputation as the leading specialist management consultancy servicing the European investment industry, and Kevin helped grow the firm from inception to employing 70 staff across 8 offices. He worked with many leading European and Global investment management institutions.

Prior to setting up CSTIM, Kevin led the Investment Management consulting practice at Ernst & Young in London for 5 years. Kevin is a Chartered Accountant, with an honours degree in Commerce and Accounting from Cape Town University in South Africa.

He now splits his time between the UK and South Africa, and besides sitting on a number of boards as a non executive director, he is actively involved in private equity and provides strategic advice to a number of his former clients.



Nadine C. North

Nadine C. NorthNadine North is a multi-faceted executive, experienced in High Technology and Environmental Sustainability / Climate Change, particularly as it pertains to Executive Talent Strategy, Alliance Development and Sales. She leads The North Point - an initiative focused on environmental financial strategy leaders and teams in multi-national corporate enterprises.

Nadine is Silicon Valley based and also has a strong network in EMEA and India. Her specific recent enterprise experience encompasses Talent Management - incorporating talent acquisition, succession planning, global inclusion, diversity, transition management, training strategies, leadership development, employee engagement, M/A integration and IT systems. She also has an extensive background in corporate finance with Citicorp and Fleet Financial. Recently, Nadine enjoyed a 6-year tenure as MD of Taylor Winfield, Inc., a boutique executive search firm. Joining TW in 2003 and establishing the Silicon Valley office, she led executive searches, backed by leading private equity and venture capital firms, she drove extensive business development in a range of industries including internet, financial services, internet security, renewable energy, environmental credits, storage, compliance, workforce management and virtualization.

In her earlier career Nadine was head of Global Recruiting at Siebel Systems, industry leader in CRM software solutions and services. She established and led the global recruiting organization to build the company from 1000 to 8000 employees throughout 25+ countries and to $1.2B revenues. Her efforts contributed to the company’s recognition as Fortune Magazine’s Fastest Growing Company. Previously Nadine was Head of Recruiting at Pegasystems Inc, the Cambridge-based enterprise software and services company. She was a member of the management team that built the company from 80 to 800 employees, and from $10m to $80m revenues; and through their successful IPO in 1996.

Nadine's corporate finance and business development positions with Citicorp and Fleet Financial Group were focused on developing clients, primarily within high technology.

Nadine is currently an Executive Advisor to the proposed Silicon Valley Graduate School of Management, University of California Santa Cruz;. She is also Advisor to a ‘start-up’ global sustainability consortium;, and Co-founder of EmergeAmerica.
