Our interim recruiters are ‘kitted out’ with the direct sourcing tools that enable them to make an immediate impact, and have worked on a wide range of assignments from 6 months to 2+ years in duration. We can provide experienced managers, recruiters or a full recruitment team on a contract basis.
The cph-interim service is used by our clients to meet peaks in hiring demand, or provide extended leave or maternity cover. For those companies that are entering new markets or geographies we have provided ‘start up’ teams to establish the recruiting processes and systems and drive a cost-effective direct hiring model. As with our other service offerings, our on-site recruiters are branded as your employees.
