CPH Consulting is a leading specialist provider of in-sourced direct recruitment and talent management solutions. We operate in what is generically known as the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) market. RPO is, however, something of a misnomer as far as CPH is concerned in that we offer an 'in-sourced' or 'embedded' solution, with our recruiters becoming a seamless part of our clients' HR/Talent Acquisition team.

Traditionally RPO services have only been provided to large corporates. Our objective was, and still is, to bring all the benefits of RPO to SME's – Small and Medium sized Enterprises – companies that are recruiting up to 200 new staff per annum.

Our consultants work from our clients' offices and source candidates directly from the market, building and maintaining a direct recruitment model which eliminates, or substantially reduces, the use of agencies. The size of an onsite team reflects each client's recruitment volumes, and provides a flexible and scalable solution to meet hiring requirements.

Bringing substantial experience and expertise in all aspects of recruitment and resourcing, CPH offers a robust methodology for directly attracting and sourcing talent for your business. This is supported by 'best practice' process and systems, creating both a highly effective end-to-end recruitment function and a first class 'candidate experience'.

The CPH approach consistently produces significant savings in time, money and resource. Our long-term goal is to convert each client's recruitment capability from a cost centre into a real business asset.

Who do we work with?

We work with both UK/EMEA 'start up' and 'early stage' companies, as well as established businesses -typically companies that are planning to make between 15-200 hires a year. We are also retained by some larger corporates, who utlise our services on a project basis in specific divisions or geographies.
